Stealers Wheel


Stealers Wheel was a British pop/rock band formed in London in 1972 by Joe Egan and Gerry Rafferty. They had a hit with "Stuck in the Middle With You". The band split up in 1975.

Rafferty subsequently had a solo hit in 1978 with the song "Baker Street".

The song "Stuck in the Middle With You" was used in Quentin Tarantino's Reservoir Dogs.

The song "Stuck in the Middle With You" was used in Quentin Tarantino's Reservoir Dogs. A few more hits followed, but dried up by the early 1970s, and the group broke up in 1974, reunited in 1988 for some concerts and a single album, About Time (1989). Rafferty subsequently had a solo hit in 1978 with the song "Baker Street". Their second album, Undead, included the hit single "I'm Going Home", which was followed by Stonedhenge, a British hit, and a breakthrough American appearance at Woodstock. The band split up in 1975. Ten Years After is a British blues rock band formed in 1967 by Leo Lyons, Ric Lee, Chick Churchill and Alvin Lee. They had a hit with "Stuck in the Middle With You".
