Sean Bean

Shaun Mark Bean (Born April 17, 1959 in Sheffield, Yorkshire, England, United Kingdom-) is a British actor. He worked for his Father's welding firm before becoming an actor. He made his acting debut in 1983 in theatre at Watermill Theatre in Newbury, Berkshire, England as Tybalt in Romeo and Juliet. He is best known for his role as the fictional character Boromir in the Lord of the Rings movie series and, in the United Kingdom, as Richard Sharpe in the television series. This fact of his popularity in the Sharpe series was made into an in-joke in The Lord of the RIngs: The Fellowship of the Ring. Bean was also featured in the Moby music video We Are All Made of Stars.He's been married and divorced three times and has three daughters:Lorna, Molly and Evi.
