Richard Greene

Richard Greene (August 25, 1918 - June 1, 1985) was a noted British movie and television actor.

A matinee idol who appeared in more than 40 films, he was perhaps best known for the long-running British TV series The Adventures of Robin Hood (1955-1960). He was born in Plymouth in 1918, and died in London 1985.

Richard Greene (August 25, 1918 - June 1, 1985) was a noted British movie and television actor. He later played Charles Bishop Weyland, the man Bishop's appearance was based on, in Alien Vs. The Yellow Canary (1943). Later films would make him much better known as an actor, especially his role in as the android Bishop in Aliens (a character he would go on to play in the third film in the series).
