Mai Zetterling

One of her roles was as the grandmother in the film adaptation of Roald Dahl's book "The Witches". He currently leads the military force attached to the Atlantis Expedition as Major John Sheppard on Stargate Atlantis. She was involved in films in five different decades, from the 1940s through the 1990s. Flanigan is married to painter Katherine Flanigan. Mai Zetterling (May 24, 1925-March 17, 1994) is an actress; she was born in Sweden and died in the United Kingdom from cancer, and lived for a time in Australia. On the advice of some of his friends he studied at the Neighborhood Playhouse and later moved to Los Angeles to pursue acting as a career. After graduation he pursued a writing career, working briefly for several New York City magazines.

He later attended the University of Colorado where he apppeared in Coriolanus and studied in Paris. At the age of 14 he attended a boarding school in Ojai, California where he appeared in the school's production of A Streetcar Named Desire. Joe Flanigan grew up on a small ranch near Reno, Nevada in the United States. Joe Flanigan is a prolific television actor who has long-running guest roles on numerous television series, including Profiler, First Monday, Sisters and The Force.
