She also appeared as 'Mildred Krebs' in the 1980s series, Remington Steele. She has been nominated for nine Emmy awards and won in 2001, 2002 and 2003 for Outstanding Supporting Actress in a Comedy Series for Everybody Loves Raymond, and was also nominated in 1999 and 2000.
