Carly Schroeder

Carly Schroeder (born October 18, 1990 in Valparaiso, Indiana), is an actress who is known for two roles: Serena Baldwin on Port Charles from 1997 to 2001, and Melina, Jake Thomas's friend and one of his sidekicks in The Lizzie McGuire Show, as well as in The Lizzie McGuire Movie.

Schroeder's character in The Lizzie McGuire show is marginal, but frequently seen. Melina also played a marginal role in the storyline of The Lizzie McGuire Movie. Nevertheless, Schroeder's appearances in the popular television show and the movie have made her a celebrity among teenager audiences.

Schroeder also participated in a television commercial for Shake N' Bake.
