On November 29, 2003, Fonda married Danny Elfman. Actress Claire Trevor, who was born in 1910, went to school with her, and claimed that she was a year older than Trevor. She attended New York University when she was 18 and also went to the Lee Strasberg Theatre Institute. There has been much speculation as to Goddard's age. She was born in Los Angeles, California, USA, into a family of actors, including her grandfather Henry Fonda, father Peter Fonda, mother Susan Brewer and aunt Jane Fonda.
