The story behind the construction of the church varies depending on who tells it, but it goes something like this:. The Finnish melodic death metal band, Children of Bodom get their name from the murders associated with the lake. Grecia is well-known for its unique Catholic Church that is made entirely out of steel. In the meanwhile some rumors of the lake being inhabited by monsters and ghosts soon spread, mystery and fear still remain. Grecia is a mid-sized town in the country of Costa Rica. On October 7, 2005 the district court found him not guilty to any charges. In June, 2005 the only survivor, Nils Gustafsson, was charged for murdering his friends.

This event is commonly referred to as the Lake Bodom murders. Three of them were slaughtered and only one survived. Its notoriety comes from the murders that happened on the night of the fourth of June of 1960, in which four teenagers (two boys, Nils Gustaffson and Seppo Boisman and two girls, Tuulikki Mäki and Irmeli Björklund) went on a camping trip to the lake and were mysteriously attacked. The lake measures approximately three kilometers in width and one kilometer in length.

Lake Bodom is a lake in Finland located on the surroundings of the city of Espoo, not far from Helsinki.
