Wayne Rogers

Wayne Rogers, born in Birmingham, Alabama on 7 April 1933, is an American film and television actor, best known for playing the role of 'Trapper John' McIntyre in the long-running U.S. television series, M*A*S*H.

Rogers graduated from Princeton University with a history degree in 1954 and served in the Navy before becoming an actor. He is a graduate of the Webb School in Bell Buckle, Tennessee.

Since retiring from acting, Rogers has launched a successful career as an investor and is a frequent guest on the FOX News financial program Cashin' In.
