She has sung songs for soundtracks like "Girl In The Band" (from The Lizzie McGuire Movie soundtrack), "A Whatever Life" (from the Stuck In The Suburbs soundtrack), and "One In This World" (from A Cinderella Story soundtrack). They have three daughters. Haylie too can sing, like her sister Hilary. Daly was married to actor/director Georg Stanford Brown from 1966 to 1990. Her mother is the producer Susan Duff.

She won her Tony for Gypsy. She was born in Houston, Texas. Tyne Daly is perhaps best known for her performances on the television series Cagney & Lacey and Judging Amy. She played a popular-teen stereotype named Summer in the 2004 independent film Napoleon Dynamite. Her grandfather was former Chief Justice of the United States and Governor of California Earl Warren. She has also appeared on another Disney Channel show, That's So Raven. She wrote two songs for her sister's album Metamorphosis, "Sweet Sixteen" and "Inner Strength", and she also sings with Hilary on a 2004 cover of The Go-Gos song "Our Lips Are Sealed". She is the daughter of actor James Daly and the sister of actor Timothy Daly. Haylie Katherine Duff (born February 19, 1985) is an American actress and pop music singer, who has appeared in several episodes of Lizzie McGuire, which stars her sister Hilary Duff.
