Tracy Nelson is best known for playing the part of 'Sister Stevie' (the sidekick of Father Dowling in the tv show of "Father Dowling Mysteries") that starred Tom Bosley of "Happy Days" fame and the late Mary Wickes. She is the daughter of the late teen pop idol, Ricky Nelson, and sister to the Nelson twins, Matthew and Gunnar Nelson of the brotherly rock duo, Nelson.

She is also a leading light in Social, Welsh and Sexy (SWS), the London-based organisation for Welsh socialites. Tracy Nelson is best known for playing the part of 'Sister Stevie' (the sidekick of Father Dowling in the tv show of "Father Dowling Mysteries") that starred Tom Bosley of "Happy Days" fame and the late Mary Wickes. In June 2000, she was awarded a CBE in the Queen's Birthday Honours list. She married and divorced Peter O'Toole after having two daughters by him and in 2001 she launched an autobiography revealing details of her tempestuous marriage to him.

She was born Jane Elizabeth Ailwen Phillips in Bettws, Carmarthenshire, Wales. Siān Phillips (born May 14, 1934) CBE, is a British actress.
