Teri Garr

She is sometime credited as Terri Garr, Terry Garr, or Terry Carr. Harmon and Sehorn were married on June 9, 2001. She has suffered from multiple sclerosis since 1983 (diagnosed in 1999), although she has managed to continue her work. Harmon is currently married to professional football player Jason Sehorn with whom she had been engaged since a March 13, 2000 marriage proposal on the Tonight Show with Jay Leno, a popular television talk show program. She played a recurring character in Friends, the estranged birth mother of Phoebe Buffay, in the late-1990s. A native of Highland Park, Texas, Harmon's parents were professional fashion models Larry and Daphne Harmon. She hosted Saturday Night Live on three occasions in the early and mid-1980s. Angie Harmon or Angie Sehorn, formerly Angela Michelle Harmon (born August 10, 1972), is an American television and movie actress and fashion model who rose to fame as Abbie Carmichael on the television drama Law & Order, a role she played from 1998 to 2001.

She played a recurring character in McCloud and was also a regular on several variety shows in the mid-1970s. A notable early appearance was in the Star Trek episode "Assignment: Earth" in 1968. She has also appeared frequently on television. She appeared as a damsel-in-distress in The Monkees film, Head.

In her early career, she appeared in a number of Elvis Presley movies, usually in uncredited roles. Her movie debut was in the film A Swingin' Affair (1963). One of her best known roles was as Sandy in Tootsie, for which she was nominated for an Academy Award as Best Supporting Actress in 1982.
