Sharon Gless

She is married to producer Barney Rosenzweig. Today, she is the spokeswoman for Polident denture cleanser (although she does not wear dentures herself). She is best known for her role on Cagney & Lacey, but has also had many guest appearances on television programs and currently stars on Queer as Folk. She was also the spokeswoman for Wesson cooking oil, from 1976 to 1996. Sharon Gless (born 31 May 1943 in Los Angeles, California, USA) is an actor. She starred on Broadway in Wish You Were Here (1952), Fanny (1954), and The Girl Who Came to Supper (1963). Henderson started out on the stage, performing in musicals, such as the touring production of Oklahoma! and South Pacific at Lincoln Center.
