Her father is of Syrian and Lebanese descent, while her mother is of French, English, and American Indian descent. She is best known for her work with the comedians Laurel and Hardy and Charley Chase. She was born in Houston, Texas, and was raised in Waco. Anita Garvin (February 11, 1906 - July 7, 1994) was an American actress and comedienne who appeared in both silent and sound films. Elizabeth came to prominence in the 1999 comedy film American Pie.
