Sandra Bullock

Bullock publicly donated $1 million twice to the American Red Cross, first to its Liberty Disaster Relief Fund and again over four years later, in response to the 2004 Indian Ocean earthquake and tsunamis. On her passing in 1974, she was interred in San Fernando Mission Cemetery in Los Angeles, California. The builder denies any wrongdoing and is appealing the verdict. She retired following that film and helped her husband run a business called "Ashtrays Unlimited". In October 2004, she won a multi-million-dollar judgment in a lawsuit against Benny Daneshjou, the builder of her Lake Austin, Texas mansion, a home in which she has never lived, claiming it is uninhabitable. Compson's last film was Here Comes Trouble. She was engaged to actor Tate Donovan. Compson was nominated for the Academy Award for Best Actress for the performance.

She is dating motorcycle builder and Monster Garage host Jesse James and has also dated Troy Aikman, Matthew McConaughey and Ryan Gosling. In 1928 she appeared in The Barker, a silent movie which contained some talking scenes. Bullock is single and has no children. Born Eleanor Luicime Compson in Beaver, Utah, she had an extensive filmography, with 25 performances in 1916 alone, although most of them are shorts. Bullock attended Washington-Lee High School where she was a cheerleader and was voted "Most Likely to Brighten up Your Day" by her class. Betty Compson (March 19, 1897 - April 18, 1974) was an American actress. She started singing as a child in Germany, where she also studied ballet and performed small parts in her Mother's operas.

Bullock was born to the late German-born opera singer Helga Meyer, and American voice teacher John Bullock. She became a bona fide star in the mid–late 90s, carrying a string of successes on the strength of her name alone. Bullock's first notable movie appearance was in Demolition Man in 1993, which led to her breakthrough performance in Speed the following year. She moved to Los Angeles, California and landed a series of small roles in several independent films and, eventually, she got the lead role in the TV version of the movie Working Girl.

She dropped out to pursue acting in New York City, but found it difficult to establish herself. Sandra majored in drama at East Carolina University.
