. Robin Tunney went to St. Williams was born in the Van Nuys district of Los Angeles, California. Robin Tunney is a South Side Chicago native. She also starred in the 1973 film American Graffiti. In 1997, Tunney married producer Bob Gosse. Cindy Williams (born August 22, 1947) is an American actress, perhaps best known for her portrayal, from 1976 until 1982, of loyal and fun-loving brewery worker Shirley Feeney in the sitcom Laverne & Shirley.

Tunney also starred opposite Arnold Schwarzenegger in the 1999 action film End of Days. She had a major breakthrough with her role as a suicidal teenager in Empire Records before receiving the leading role as a gothic witch in The Craft, alongside Fairuza Balk, Neve Campbell and Rachel True. She moved to Los Angeles, at the age of 18, where she had several recurring TV roles on Law & Order, Dream On, and Life Goes On. Tunney studied acting at the Chicago Academy for the Performing Arts.
