Nana Visitor

The asteroid 26733 Nanavisitor, discovered in 2001, was named in her honor by its discoverer Bill Yeung (who has discovered thousands of asteroids). They will release a third studio album in early 2005, called Hearts On Parade. Visitor is the niece of American actress Cyd Charisse. Their second studio album, The Art Of Losing was then released in 2003, but this spawned only a minor single, the self-titled "The Art Of Losing". Visitor and Siddig divorced in 2001. They then released a live album in 2002, titled Rock N Roll Noodle Shop/Live In Tokyo Japan. They had a son in 1996, named Django El Tahir El Siddig and her pregnancy was incorporated into a Deep Space Nine storyline. It spawned the radio hit "Flavor Of The Weak", which reached the top 50 in both the US and the UK.

Visitor married fellow Star Trek actor Alexander Siddig in 1997. Their debut album, released in 2001, was the self-titled American Hi-Fi. Prior to obtaining the role of Kira, Visitor co-starred in a short-lived sitcom based upon the film Working Girl. After DS9 ended, she had a recurring role as a villain on the series Dark Angel. To date, they have released 2 studio albums and 1 live album. On television, Visitor co-starred in the short-lived 1976 sitcom, Ivan the Terrible and from 1978 to 1982 had short-lived regular roles on three soap operas: Ryan's Hope, The Doctors, and One Life to Live.
