Mungo Jerry is a band from the 1970s made up of vocal and guitarist Ray Dorset, vocal and pianist Colin Earl, vocal banjo and guitar player Paul King and bass player Mike Cole, and is famous mostly for their classic hit "In the Summertime.". However, their album Bacdafucup is one of the most influencial in the history of rap and they are often credited with having founded hardcore rap. Their first single was "Ah, and We Do It Like This" which did not succeed much. The ONYX is a hardcore rap crew that was formed in 1991. Triggernometry (2003).
