Michael Angelis

He has been the longtime companion of actress Helen Worth, who he later married. He also played Ishmael (to Gregory Peck's Captain Ahab) in a film version of Moby Dick, and in several other films. He was also one of the stars of the famous 1982 BBC drama serial Boys from the Blackstuff and its comedies such as Luv and The Liver Birds which he was on from seasons 5-9. He starred in the 1960s television science fiction drama called Voyage to the Bottom of the Sea, as the character of Admiral Nelson. Angelis is best known for narrating the British Thomas the Tank Engine and Friends series from 1991 onwards. Richard Basehart (August 31, 1914 - September 17, 1984) was an American actor.
