Lark Voorhies

Lark Voorhies (born March 25, 1974) is an American actress who gained fame as Lisa Turtle in Saved By The Bell. A native of Nashville, Voorhies is a member of the Jehovah's Witness faith.

Voorhies once dated actor Martin Lawrence, and she came close to marrying him. However, she ended up marrying another actor, Miguel Coleman. Voorhies also is a musician who plays the violin, cello and piano.

She had small parts on soap operas such as Days of Our Lives and The Bold and the Beautiful, but quit both when she realized that she would eventually have to do sex scenes, and these clashed with her religious beliefs.
