Keith Hamilton Cobb

Upon leaving Andromeda, he joined the cast of The Young and the Restless in the role of Damon Porter since 2003. For five years, he was the lead singer in an alternative band entitled Beau Monde. He left the series after its third season, citing dissatisfaction over the development of his character. Among his former dates include Lucy Liu and Melinda McGraw, whose character on The X-Files was shot dead at the behest of his character. Cobb is best known for his role as the ruthless Tyr Anasazi in the science-fiction series Andromeda from 2000 to 2002.

His first major role was the character Noah Keefer on the daytime soap opera All My Children from 1994 to 1996. Since then he has guest starred in shows such as NYPD Blue, Andromeda and CSI. A classically trained actor, he appeared in a number of Shakespeare productions in the New York area before breaking into television in the mid 1990s. In various capacities, Lea continued appearing on the show until its end in 2002. Cobb was born in Tarrytown, New York; he graduated from New York University's Tisch School of the Arts in 1987. Sadly, the series was cancelled after one season, but Lea only had to come knocking and the producers welcomed him back to The X-Files, as did the fans. This allowed Lea to take a starring role in the series Once a Thief - which followed on from the 1996 John Woo film - alongside Ivan Sergei. In the season four episode Terma, Krycek was left to die in an abandoned silo with an alien ship. Lea guest starred in eleven episodes from 1994 to 1996 and became a popular character amongst the fans. Because of his character's willingness to switch sides, he was known as the 'ratboy'.

The producers were impressed by his performance and when, in the second season, he auditioned for the role of turncoat FBI agent Alex Krycek, he was successful. It was during this time that he had a minor guest role in a first-season episode of The X-Files called GenderBender. Lea was born in British Columbia on June 22, 1962 and his first major role was on the TV series The Commish where he played Officer Enrico Caruso from 1991 to 1994.
