Joseph Fiennes

Fiennes starred as well in the 2003 limited-release film Luther, playing Martin Luther himself. He died from diabetes and is interred in Forest Lawn Memorial Park Cemetery, in Glendale, California. Fiennes also stars in the 1998 film Elizabeth and the 2003 film Sinbad: Legend of the Seven Seas as the voice of Proteus. He also played Signor Ferrari, head of all that was illegal, in Casablanca. His biggest film, to date, was Shakespeare in Love, which won for Best Picture at the Academy Awards for 1998. He is perhaps most famous for his first film role (aged 61) as the "Fat Man" in The Maltese Falcon. His first feature film was 1996's Stealing Beauty, co-starring Liv Tyler. He worked as a comedian as a child, then emigrated to America and performed on the stage, making his stage debut in 1902.

Fiennes made his television debut as Willy in The Vacillations of Poppy Carew. Sydney Greenstreet (December 27, 1879 - January 18, 1954) was an actor, originally from Sandwich, England. Fiennes, then, was a member of the Royal Shakespeare Company for two seasons. Casablanca (Two-Disc Special Edition DVD) (1942). His first professional stage appearance was in the West End in "The Woman in Black," followed by "A Month in the Country," opposite Helen Mirren. After leaving art school, Fiennes worked with the Young Vic Youth Theatre, and then went on to train at the Guildhall School of Music and Drama.

He was raised in West Cork, Ireland, along with his six brothers and sisters, including his twin, Jacob, and older brother Ralph Fiennes. Fiennes was born in Salisbury, Wiltshire, England. Joseph Alberic Fiennes (born May 27, 1970) is an English born actor.
