Fred Dryer (born July 6, 1946 in Hawthorne, California) is an American actor and former American football player. Dryer is best known for his role in 1980s television show Hunter in which he co-starred with Stepfanie Kramer. He is known to be a conservative.

A notable exception was the 1981 satire S.O.B., in which he played lead character Felix Farmer, a Hollywood producer-director modelled on the film's actual producer-director, Blake Edwards. In films he usually played supporting roles.
