Fess Parker

Parker currently owns and operates a family winery, Fess Parker Winery and Vineyard, near Santa Barbara, California along with some hotels. Erbe is married to American actor Terry Kinney and they have two children, daughter Maeve, born in 1996 and son Carson, born in 2003. Fess Parker retired from the film industry in the early 1970s, after the end of the television series about Boone. She also had a memorable guest appearance on Homicide: Life on the Street in 1997. He married Marcella Rinehart in 1960, and the couple has two children. Erbe also portrayed the infamous 'Shirley Bellinger' on the HBO series "Oz" to wide critical acclaim. He also made guest appearances on television programs and composed and sang music. He began his show business career in the play, Mister Roberts, in 1951 and was subsequently hired by the Disney Studios in 1954 to play historic figure Crockett. Erbe has also performed in many world premier productions by playwrights such as Tom Donaghy and Alex Gersten. He studied at the University of Southern California, earning a graduate degree in drama. Erbe earned a Tony Award nomination in 1991 for her portrayal of Mary in Speed of Darkness by Steve Tesich. Parker graduated from the University of Texas in 1950 with a history degree. Following the series, she became a member the Steppenwolf Theater Company and has starred in many of their productions, including A Streetcar Named Desire, Curse of the Starving Class, My Thing of Love, and The Grapes of Wrath, which had a six-month long run and won the 1990 Tony Award for Best Play. Parker required many months of rehabilitation, but he was unable afterwards to participate in collegiate sports as much as he wanted. Erbe was cast as Lynn Redgrave's daughter on the television sitcom Chicken Soup as an undergraduate student at New York University.

After being discharged, he was stabbed in the neck by a drunken driver during a post-collision argument. Erbe is a veteran of both film, stage, and television, and has been a working actress since she graduated from New York University in 1990. He served as a radioman in the Marine Corps at the end of World War II after being rejected as an aviator for being too tall (He is six feet, five inches).
