Her most recent well-known role is that of the one-eyed assassin Elle Driver in Kill Bill: Volume I and Kill Bill: Volume II. Eva Gabor died in Los Angeles of respiratory failure after suffering from food poisoning at the age of 76. She acted in movies throughout the 1950s; in the 1960s, she appeared in her well known TV role on the sitcom Green Acres, in which she portrayed a New York wife living on a farm.
