She was cast as preacher's wife Annie Camden on the drama 7th Heaven, which is arguably her most famous role to date. In 1995, she played the lead role, Nomi, in the movie Showgirls. Berkley is best known for her role as Jessie Spano in the sitcom Saved by the Bell, which she played from 1989 to 1992. The next year, she starred opposite Tony Danza in She's Out of Control.
