Debbe Dunning is an American actress best known for playing Heidi the Tool Time girl on the TV sitcom, Home Improvement. She also appeared in Gideon and played JonBenet Ramsey in Getting Away With Murder: The JonBenet Ramsey Story. In 1996 she got the part of Ruthie Camden on 7th Heaven, which she still plays today. She started acting in commercials when she was four years old.
