Daniel Davis (born November 26, 1945 in Gurdon, Arkansas) is an actor, perhaps best known for his role of Niles the butler, in The Nanny.

In Star Trek: The Next Generation, Davis guest starred as Professor Moriarty in the episodes "Elementary, Dear Data" and "Ship in a Bottle".

Despite the death of his character in the series finale of Buffy, he reprised the role in the final 5th season of Angel as a series regular. Daniel Davis (born November 26, 1945 in Gurdon, Arkansas) is an actor, perhaps best known for his role of Niles the butler, in The Nanny. James left the band mid-2004 and began a new solo career with a London acoustic concert in October 2004. Their debut album Mad Brilliant was released on February 2, 2003. In 2003-4, he was also lead singer for the little known rock band, Ghost of the Robot.

He has made guest appearances on the television series Northern Exposure and Andromeda. James Wesley Marsters (born August 20, 1962) is an actor, best known for playing the popular character Spike, a vampire, in the television series Buffy the Vampire Slayer and the Buffy-spinoff Angel.
