Charisma Carpenter

Ironically she plays a character named Anya, the name of a Buffy character and wishes that the Elders (a Charmed version of Angel's the The Powers That Be) would make her human (similarly to Buffy's own Anya character). She has a star on the Hollywood Walk of Fame. She has also starred in the popular witch drama, and close counterpart of Buffy: Charmed, as, like her role in Angel, a Seer. She studied at Brandeis University and the American Academy of Dramatic Arts. Carpenter posed for the June 2004 issue of Playboy magazine. They have three daughters. In 2002 she got married to Damian Hardy and on March 24, 2003 she gave birth to a boy, Donovan Charles Hardy. Daly was married to actor/director Georg Stanford Brown from 1966 to 1990.

She has made guest appearances in Baywatch, Miss Match and has had a role in Malibu Shores. She won her Tony for Gypsy. She was discovered by a commercial agent while she was then a waitress, leading to several roles on TV adverts. Tyne Daly is perhaps best known for her performances on the television series Cagney & Lacey and Judging Amy. Carpenter was born in Las Vegas, Nevada. Her grandfather was former Chief Justice of the United States and Governor of California Earl Warren. She is best known for playing the character Cordelia Chase in the television series Buffy the Vampire Slayer and its spin-off Angel. She is the daughter of actor James Daly and the sister of actor Timothy Daly.
