Brook Kerr

(to whom Kerr gave birth as a teenager) is also an actor. She is working with rock songwriter Linda Perry, among others. Her son, Chris Warren, Jr. Lewis is currently preparing to launch a career as a solo singer and musician. She has lived there ever since. She received an Emmy nomination for her performance in My Louisiana Sky in 2001. Kerr moved to Los Angeles after graduating high school to pursue a career in acting. She was nominated for an Academy Award for Best Supporting Actress in 1992 for Cape Fear.
