Big Daddy Kane (born Antonio Harding, 10 September 1968) is a rap music artist from Brooklyn, New York. During his career, he has worked with artists including Biz Markie, Marley Marl, Teddy Riley, Rudy Ray Moore and Barry White. He has posed for Playgirl and Madonna's Sex book. While "It's a Big Daddy Thing" already contained a R&B track as well as a house track, Kane's records became more pop-oriented that. "Looks Like a Job For..." was again more strictly hip hop oriented. He was however never able to return to the commercial and artistic success of "It's a Big Daddy Thing". As an actor, Big Daddy Kane appeared in Mario Van Peebles' western "Posse".
