Anthony Geary

While his sexuality has not been corroborated, he has made it known that he has a second home in Amsterdam and speaks Dutch fluently, with many gossip columnists using this as "proof.". During the 1950s and 1960s, he starred in several major films, including Butterfield 8, The Alamo, Darling and The Manchurian Candidate. Nowadays, he only works six months out of the year; with the advent of message boards, rumors have spread that he spends these six months in Amsterdam with his gay lover. His first major role was in Room at the Top, for which he received a Best Actor Oscar nomination. Geary is rumored to be homosexual. He enrolled in the Royal Academy of Dramatic Art, and from there moved to stage and film stardom. He also portrayed Luke's twin cousin Bill Eckert on General Hospital from 1991 to 1993. He grew up in Johannesburg, moving to London in 1946, at age 16.

Born Laruschka Mischa Skikne in Joniskis, Lithuania, he immigrated to South Africa at the age of 5. Spencer and Webber's 1981 wedding began what was arguably the greatest love affair in the history of General Hospital, if not daytime television. Laurence Harvey (October 1, 1928 - November 25, 1973) was a Lithuanian-born actor. The character became so popular that the writers turned Luke Spencer into a protagonist. Geary's character began as a "hit man" and later as a rapist who fell in love and subsequently married his victim, Laura Webber played by Genie Francis.
